METHOD FOR FORMING BEAN-CURD USING FAR-INFRARED RAYS

PURPOSE: A method for producing bean-curd using far-infrared rays is provided which prevents nutrients of bean-curd from being destroyed and the tofu from being stuck to the bottom of a container and reduces production time and energy. CONSTITUTION: A method for producing bean-curd using far-infrared rays is characterized by generating steam of 70-80°C having electromagnetic waves of 2-15v with installing an infrared rays generator in a steam generation part and heating bean-curd through the steam for 20min. Therefore infrared rays penetrate into the bean-curd and the bean-curd can be formed even at 70-80°C.
