PURPOSE: A beverage container having a folded opening part and a structure thereof are provided to conveniently fold an opening folding part, maintain an opening part clean until opened, and convenient to suck the straw for drinking a content or to move the content to another container. CONSTITUTION: A beverage container having a folded opening part includes a main body(100) attached with a lower cover at a bottom opening part, and an opening part(103) provided with a straw and an opening folding part(106) eccentrically formed to be laid with relation to a reference surface(107), wherein the opening folding part is formed with a plurality of folding portions(108) for easy folding of the opening folding part, reinforcement parts(109) at both side parts of the reference surface, and a depressed space(110) at an outside.
