PURPOSE: A method for announcing information on numbers by using dual tone multi frequency(DTMF) signal, is provided to serve information on numbers in a visual announcement system displaying the information on a liquid crystal display(LCD) screen, when announcing the information on numbers such as a deposit balance, an account number and a stock condition in an information center. CONSTITUTION: An information center(10) transmits information on numbers loaded on a dual tone multi frequency(DTMF) signal. A telephone set(40) has a function outputting a built-in DTMF signal, and receives the DTMF signal transmitted from the information center, to output to a liquid crystal display(LCD) screen. When announcing the information on numbers, the information center transmits the DTMF signal to a user(90), and the user receives the DTMF signal by outputting the DTMF signal through the telephone set(40) and an output device(50) in the LCD screen.
