METHOD FOR PRODUCING THE TRANSPARENT LOESS COSMETIC SOAP

PURPOSE: A method for producing the transparent loess cosmetic soap is provided which improves moisturizing effect and prevents aging by removing waste materials from the skin. CONSTITUTION: The method for producing the transparent loess cosmetic soap comprises the steps of: solubilizing 3 to 5% of cocoa fatty acid, 2 to 3% of myristic acid, 15 to 20% of stearic acid, and 15 to 20% of lauric acid at 75°C; adding 10 to 15% of silicate particulate, 5 to 10% of loess particulate, 3 to 5% of propylene glycol, and 1 to 2% of anhydrous lanolin and vortexing at 80 to 85 deg. C; adding 5 to 6% of palm fatty acid accumulate mono ethanol amide and 2 to 3% of multivalent alcohol and vortexing for 10 to 20 minutes; adding 10 to 12% of NaOH and 12 to 15% of H2O then gelating them at 80 to 85%; adding perfume materials when the temperature becomes about 40°C; and cooling and solidifying to produce loess cosmetic soap.
