PURPOSE: An ear microphone for mobile telephones with voice message transmission function is provided to enable users to prevent noise pollution and the phone from being disconnected by sending a voice message to the person's mobile telephone who is calling when answering the call is impossible. CONSTITUTION: An ear microphone for mobile telephones with voice message transmission function includes the following components. An ordinary type of ear microphone(1) for mobile telephones is composed of a microphone(2), an earphone(4), connecting line(26), and a plug(20) which is connected to the jack(22) of a cellular phone(24). An A/D converter(6) is connected to the ear microphone(1) which converts the analog signal of the voice signal of the microphone(2) into a digital signal. A controlling unit(8) with a recorder button(12) and a transmission button(14) is connected to the A/D converter(6). A voice memory(10) which is composed of flash memory and others is connected to the device so as to record standby messages.
