EJECTOR FOR FULL ELECTROMOTIVE INJECTION MOLDING MACHINE

PURPOSE: An ejector is to separate the injection molding product from the movable mold half by reciprocating action of the ejector platen with pins for accurate product ejection. CONSTITUTION: The ejector for actuating its platen back and forth comprises: a cam link(4) axially mounted on the drive shaft of a servomotor attached to the back of the moving platen; a main link(5) pivotally connected to a projection of the free end of the cam link(4); a rotational link(7) placed between paired support brackets in projection in the middle of the back of the moving platen and pivotally linked to a connection link(6) which has on an end a pivot pin connecting the free end of the main link(5): an actuation link(8) connecting pivotally to the rotational link(7) and being mounted on both the brackets on the back of the ejector platen.
