PURPOSE: An apparatus for making hydrogen gas as fuel by IGBT("insulated gate bipolar transistor") inverter controlled high frequency and heating and hot water boiler system using hydrogen gas fuel are provided to supply a hydrogen gas as a fuel by combining an electric and hydrogen gas power generation apparatus with the boiler and also to use hydrogen energy as a fuel for heating a room and making hot water. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for making hydrogen gas as fuel by IGBT inverter controlled high frequency and heating and hot water boiler system using hydrogen gas fuel uses a method and apparatus for generating mixture gases of high purity hydrogen and oxygen in a large amount by a power supply apparatus using an IGBT inverter controlled high frequency. Ripple cycle of alternate current component of an output wave in a 6-phases half-wave stationary thyristor control system of a high speed controlled thyristor power supply apparatus is 1/60x6=2.8ms, whereas that of 10KHz to 15KHz IGBT inverter power supply is 1/15,000KHz. Therefore, since the output in the thrister type power supply apparatus should be controlled at every 2.8ms but that in the IGBT inverter power supply could be controlled at every 0.067us, i.e., at a 42 times speed than the thyristor type, the IGBT inverter power supply do not use a transformer of commercial frequency and thus, no-load loss cannot be occurred. Also, since the wound wire of a high frequency transformer is smaller than that of a typical frequency transformer, an efficiency of energy saving thereof is higher than that of the typical frequency transformer. As a result, the IGBT inverter type power supply apparatus is adopted to the boiler system. An electrolysis of water is carried out by adding and mixing an electrolyte and then applying a direct current to an electrolytic cell, wherein sodium hydroxide, aluminium powder, activated carbon, potassium hydroxide, and the like are used as the electrolyte. According to the above, mixture gases of hydrogen and oxygen are generated and supplied as fuel to the boiler system. The boiler system, that is, an energy heat conversion hydrogen boiler system, adopting an apparatus for generating mixture gases of a high purity, is used for heating room by mounting an ignition device(4) on an upper portion of a cylindrical chamber to directly jet caloric power of high temperature heat of hydrogen gas from up to down to a heating water and is also used for hot water by mounting a hot water supply piping(5) utilizing the heating water of a high efficiency.
