PURPOSE: A water purifier is provided which supplies purified water for medical instruments continuously even in an abnormal operation of a supply tool so that it figures out uneasiness due to treatment delay and pause. CONSTITUTION: In the water purifier for dental surgery wherein multiple filters(14, 16, 18, 20) are connected to a water supply source, a storage tank(24) is connected to the filter through a purifying pipe(22) and a supply pipe(42) is placed to supply purified water in the storage tank for medical instruments, it comprises of: a bypass pipe(52) which is placed to connect one side of the purifying pipe between a filter(20) and the storage tank to one side of the supply pipe; and a bypass valve(50) which is placed at the bypass pipe to switch a passage of the bypass pipe.
