PURPOSE: A method for making the etching pattern of an aluminium plate is provided, to improve the three dimensional effect and to obtain the semipermanently maintained color. CONSTITUTION: The etching pattern of an aluminium plate is made by applying a photosensitive solution to the aluminium plate; contacting the patterned film to the plate; exposing it to UV light to form the pattern in the plate; removing the exposed photosensitive solution part by using a mixture of acetone and toluene; touching the part where the photosensitive solution is removed with a brush by using an etching solution consisting of FeCl3 and HNO3 to etch the patterned part, washing it and repeating the processes 3-4 times; coloring the etched pattern part with an acryl color, washing it with water, drying it and repeating the processes 3-4 times; and coating the plate with polyurethane.
