PURPOSE: A bridge seat device for impact transition is provided, which absorbs gentle and extreme transformation and is easy to install because of no great differences from former bridge seat. CONSTITUTION: A bridge seat device for impact transition comprises; an upper plate (1) and a lower plate (2) installed between a floor slab (6) of a bridge and a pier (7); a pad (3) installed between an upper and a lower plate (1)(2) and composed of a gusset plate (32) and a compression rubber (31); and the steps of; interposing a sole plate (4) between a floor slab (6) and an upper plate (2); installing a lubricating device between an upper plate (1) and a sole plate (4); attaching a buffer cylinder (5), which is composed of a piston (51) having a small hole (52) and a piston rod (53) attached on both sides of a piston (51) and is filled up a high-viscosity fluid, on both sides of a pad (3). At this time, the fleet of each piston rod (53) is attached to a sole plate (4) and the body of each piston rod (53) is attached to an upper plate (1).
