The device comprises<BR> an assembly 4 adapted to be rotatable in a vertical plane about a horizontal axis 16,<BR> a plurality of holding means 10 and<BR> attachment means (12) adapted to attach said plurality of holding means to said assembly. The assembly may be connected internally to an external open frame structure 15 or housing (figs 4-6) which has a cover means placed thereover. The assembly may comprise two upright wheels which may be joined by a plurality of cross members (9). The device may have a motor to rotatably drive the assembly. |
