In a process to prepare cooked food especially pizza at one location for delivery at a second location, the food is partially pre-cooked at a first fixed location. The food is then transferred to a second mobile cooker in which it is transported to the customer while the cooking process is completed immediately prior to delivery, ready for consumption.
