The screw-driver (10) has a handle (20) with axial passage containing a striking mechanism for exerting striking force and penetrating the lower end of the handle. The top end of a bar (60) is movably positioned in the passage; the lower end of bar protrudes out of the handle to engage with a self-cutting screw which engages with the screw-driver. The striking mechanism comprises an energy storage component. A striking section (62) is situated on the inside of the bar's top end. The screw-driver has a striking component (70) on the handle's peripheral surface, with engaging section (72).
