<p>PURPOSE: A fermentation system of organic material is provided, which is characterized in that water content is controlled to be suitable for aerobic fermentation by using a filter bed(12) comprising sawdust, rice bran, wood-chip, and rice straw. In addition, compressed air that is supplied through an air-supply tube(8) having a plurality of holes evaporates excess waste-liquid generated from the fermentation process. CONSTITUTION: In the system, compressed air that is supplied by a pump(P) passes through the filter bed(12) and the media bed(14) forcibly through an air-supply tube(8) having a plurality of holes. Accordingly, aerobic fermentation and water evaporation are carried out simultaneously. The air-supply tube(8) is enclosed by bio-stone(10) which has a number of pores therein. The filter bed(12) is set above the bio-stone(10). Remained water, that is drained from the media bed(14), is filtered by the bio-stone(10) and the filter bed(12). The bio-stone is also packed in a water way(6).</p> |
