PURPOSE: A structure of an opening foldable part of a portable water container having a straw is provided to easily fold downward a bellows type opening foldable part formed at the lower portion of an opening when the opening is pressed. CONSTITUTION: A structure of an opening foldable part of a portable water container having a straw includes a container body (100), a straw (200) and a cover. The container body includes an opening (102) formed at a portion of an upper surface (101), a screw thread and a projection formed outside of the opening to open and shut, a plurality of straw supporters (106) formed inward from a portion of the opening, an opening foldable part connecting surface (107) formed at the lower side of the opening and an opening foldable part (108) extending from the projection to a sunken space (109) at the opposite side of the opening foldable part connecting surface. The opening foldable part is in the form of bellows formed diagonally, laterally or downward.
