The invention concerns a U-shaped thermoplastic conduit element, sloping in the direction of water flow, or for a buried cable trough, whereof the branches extending vertically receive on their ends a check (10) for maintaining a grille. The invention is characterised in that the body (1) of the conduit consists of an extruded double wall, namely a smooth wall, with rigid U shape for allowing the water to flow, integral with a ringed, corrugated or ribbed wall, the rings (4-4') being vertically arranged over part of the height of the outer branches (2-2') of the conduit except for a support zone forming a base plate (5) for said conduit element. The invention is useful for producing sloping conduits.
