PURPOSE: A rotor fixing apparatus is provided to ensure easy coupling between a shaft and a rotor of a motor by using U shaped groove and a spring pin. CONSTITUTION: A shaft(60) is provided in the outer diameter with at least three U shaped grooves, and a rotor(50) is provided in the inner diameter with overturned U shaped grooves in corresponding positions. In positions where the U shaped grooves and the overturned U shaped grooves meet, a circular spring pin opened in one side is received. The grooves on the shaft(60) and the grooves on the rotor(50) are aligned together to form a tube. The circular spring pin opened in one side is inserted into the tube to complete coupling.
