PURPOSE: A character coding system of a language is provided for forming a code system using a language character code of an existing ASCII code. CONSTITUTION: When inputting a text of a corresponding language, various english characters are inputted as the characters of a corresponding language using the characters of a certain language. In the present invention, various expressions of a language such as a phonogram, ideogram, etc. are adapted for thereby forming a code system of a language. When more than two languages are typed in one sentence, an English sentence and another language sentence are separated for thereby displaying on a screen using a separator capable of separating each language. The characters and sentences expressed in a character code of a language such as English are converted into an audio form using a certain program for thereby enhancing a characteristic of a language.
