摘要 PURPOSE: Provided is a process for producing an embroidery shuttle yarn which has improved the rate of operation being a machine, reduction the cost, tensile property and embroidery quality. Thereby, it is possible to produce an embroidery shuttle yarn which has excellent the rate of operation being a machine, reduction the cost, tensile property and embroidery quality. CONSTITUTION: The embroidery shuttle yarn is obtained by a process containing the steps of: twisting the first complex ingredient yarn in the S or Z direction; twisting the second complex ingredient yarn in the S or Z direction; and then twisting the third complex ingredient yarn in the S or Z direction. The first complex ingredient yarn is a rayon yarn of 10-48 filament being 0.8-4.8 denier of single yarn. The second complex ingredient yarn is a mono-yarn of 10d-50d/1f or a multiple yarn of 10d-50d/2f-48f. The third complex ingredient yarn is a mono-yarn of 10d-50d/1f or a multiple yarn of 10d-50d/2f-48f. A combination of total fineness(D)/filament number(f) is 20D/2-48f, 30D/2-48f, 40D/2-48f, 50D/2-48f or 75D/2-48f. The shuttle yarn is done at least one finishing selected from the group comprising coating of an adhesive, intermingling, crimp finishing and setting.
