AUTOMATIC EGG GRADING AND BAGGING SYSTEM

PURPOSE: A system is provided to achieve an improved productivity and grading speed with improved prevention against egg breakage adopting a remote monitoring and controlling system. CONSTITUTION: A system comprises an alignment module(11) for alignment of eggs transferred from an egg collection unit, a grading module(12) having such functions as egg weight detection, transfer direction change, bucket conveyor transfer and an alighting by grade, a bagging module(13) for inserting eggs to egg trays and supplying and ejecting egg trays, a station control module(14) for controlling the bagging module, a main processing module(15) for controlling the grading module and an overall system in regards of alignment, grading, bagging, display, communication and printing, a display module for display operation state and system state, and an operation module(17) having a function of system power supply and system start and stop.
