The trolley has a frame (4) with wheels (8), a hand grip (23), and a belt unit (24) with pulleys (13,14) and belt (6). The belt unit is rigidly fastened to the frame, so that the belt running surface (5) is located in a plane (3) containing the outsides (7) of the wheels. The wheels and the lower pulley are in contact with that plane along a common line (9). The belt unit extends approx. parallel to the frame, and is located centrally between the wheels.
