PURPOSE: A method and an apparatus are provided to achieve an improved durability and quality of the product while allowing the fabric and the synthetic resin foam to be firmly attached to each other. CONSTITUTION: In a method of simultaneously supplying a fabric(100) and a synthetic resin foam(110), and attaching the fabric and the synthetic resin foam using an adhesive, one surface of the synthetic resin foam is ground or slide-cut to have a higher surface roughness, and an adhesive is deposited onto the surface of the synthetic resin foam in such a manner that the adhesive soaks into air holes within the synthetic resin foam for a firm adhesion with the fabric.
