This three-dimensional image display comprises a convex lens array (2) where a plurality of convex lenses (2a) are arrayed, image display means (3) arranged in or near the focal plane of the convex lens array (2), operation means for calculating a point Pi at which a straight line L extending from a pixel Dij of the image display means (3) through the center Cj of curvature of each convex face of the convex lenses (2a) toward a displayed image (4) displayed in a predetermined three-dimensional space intersects the displayed image (4) and which is the farthest from the image display means (3), and image control means for allowing the image information on the point Pi calculated by the operation means to be displayed at the corresponding pixel Dij of the image display means (3). A light-shielding plate (12) in which a plurality of pin holes (12a) are arrayed can be used instead of the convex lens array (2).
