PURPOSE: A swimming cap and a process thereof are provided. Especially, it is excellent in water proof as well as elasticity by being coated with silicone. CONSTITUTION: A process of a swimming cap comprises preparing a liquidized silicone(16) having glues and hardening agent followed by fixing a swimming cap(10) onto the mold; coating the liquidized silicone(16) onto the swimming cap(10) to be suitable thickness by using a coating instrument; and hardening.
