A cylindrical shell (10) has a squib device (1) in its base. A propelling charge (4) blows out a flammable active mass (8). Fuse delay devices delay ignition of this mass. An electrical fuse (9) in the propelling charge is electro-plated to a capacitor (3) in the propelling charge. This capacitor is electro-plated to a mechanical turn-on element (7) in the active mass.
