The system has one or more pref. round mixing containers (1), one or more fresh water tanks (2) and a condensate tank (3) interconnected with pipes with integral slide elements via a pump system (4). A vacuum tube with a mixing nozzle (5) mounted on a concrete material reservoir container (6) is arranged in the pipe system before the mixing container(s). The vacuum tube with mixing nozzle can be bridged by a parallel pipe guide and an output pipe (8) leads to a mixing system (9). The mixing system also has a pipe system that, with a pump system and integral slide elements, forms a circuit via a mixing nozzle (11) to a stabilizer reservoir (12).
