The pump has a drive unit (2) and a working chamber housing (7) in the form of a cold-drawn plate part and at least one rotor wheel (5) with a floating mounting rotating in the working chamber housing, medium connections (8,9) and a control element (6). The control element is mounted in the housing on the side of the rotor wheel remote from the drive and is a part of the cold-drawn plate part forming the housing.
