PURPOSE: A method for wireless automatic dialing of a cellular phone, is provided to modulate and output frequencies, generated in an oscillator of a remote wireless dialing device, into various machine sound signals through a frequency demultiplier while utilizing a normal voice recognizing function to generate the same signal sounds as memorized sounds in order to raise a recognition rate of a dialing signal CONSTITUTION: A start detector converts into an automatic dialing mode in a standing-by state. Frequencies are oscillated in an oscillator at fixed intervals by inputting a button of a wireless dialing device. The oscillated frequencies are demuliplied to an acoustic wave generating fixed machine sounds in a demultiplier composed of a different rate of circuits. The acoustic wave is amplified as requested to be output to outside through a speaker. The output acoustic wave is inputted in a microphone of a cellular phone, and amplified in an amplifier to transmit the amplified acoustic wave to a controller. An acoustic registration memory is retrieved in the controller to check whether a registration acoustic wave corresponding to the transmitted acoustic wave exists. If so, a dialing is automatically executed to a telephone number corresponding to the registration acoustic wave.
