PURPOSE: Provided is a process for a producing a polyurethane elastic fiber which has improved heat resistance and antibiotic deodorant property as well as inherent physical property. Thereby, it is possible to produce a polyurethane elastic fiber which has excellent heat resistance and antibiotic deodorant property. CONSTITUTION: The polyurethane elastic fiber is obtained by a process containing the steps of: pre-polymerizing a long chain diol(A) which has mixed a polyether diol(A-1) and a polycarbonate diol(A-2), a polyol(B) which has a tertiary hydroxyl of at least 1, a hydroxyl number of 3-6 and a carbon number of 4-10 and an excess organic diisocyanate compound(C) to make a pre-polymer; adding a diamine compound(D) as a chain growing agent and a mono amine(E) as a chain stopping agent to the pre-polymer to make a polymer solid powder; and then adding a heat resistance rising additive(formula1), simultaneously adding non porous inorganic ceramic(F) to the polymer solid powder. In the formula1, R1, R2, R3 and R4 are hydrogen, alkyl group or aryl group of carbon number being 1-10 and R5 is alkylene group or benzene ring of carbon number being 1-10. The heat resistance rising additive is selected from the group consisting of a phosphorylmethylethanolamine, a 2-dimethylaminophenoldimethyl phosphate, a 2-diethylaminoethanoldimethyl phosphate, a 2-ethylpropylaminophenoldihydrogen phosphate and a 2-dibutylaminophenoldihydrogen phosphate.
