PURPOSE: An UV curing coating composition is provided, to improve pollution-resistance, chemical-resistance and durability and using it in vinyl chloride flooring and coiled or plate board. CONSTITUTION: The composition comprises 10-70 wt% of the silicone modified urethane acrylate oligomer represented by the formula 1; 10-70 wt% of a reactive monomer; 1-10 wt% of a photoinitiator; 1-10 wt% of a leveling agent; and optionally 0.5-10 wt% of silicone acrylate which is prepared by reacting organic polysiloxane having an amine group and the glycidyl acryl-based compound represented by the formula 2. In the formula 1, R1 is a hydrogen atom or a methyl group, R2 is (CH2)L and L is an integer of 1-10, R3 is C4-C20 linear aliphatic, cyclic aliphatic, aromatic compound or oligomer thereof, R4 is a hydrogen atom, an alkyl group of C1-C4 or a benzyl group, n is an integer of 1-20, and y is a silicone intermediate having two or more double bonds at the terminal; and in the formula 2, X is a hydrogen atom or a methyl group. |
