PURPOSE: A method for providing digital contents is provided for connecting a digital content between an intellectual property owner and a user at a proper price, so that the intellectual property owner provides a variable price based on a user demand for thereby implementing a different price system based on a recognition degree of the contents. CONSTITUTION: A digital content providing unit includes a main screen(21), a member management DB(24) for managing a registered user, a data transmission unit(22) for transmitting a digital content and various control commands to the outside, an encoding unit(23) for encoding the digital contents, an intellectual property DB(25) for registering and managing the digital contents, an intellectual property management DB(29) for managing a selling price based on an intellectual property owner and user in the case that the intellectual property is sold, and other various windows for registering the intellectual property(contents) and providing the same to the users.
