METHOD FOR COATING SOLVENTLESS SILICON INTO RELEASE PAPER

PURPOSE: A method for coating solventless silicon into release paper is provided for high-speed treating at high temperature and improving its productivity. CONSTITUTION: The method for coating solventless silicon into release paper comprises the steps of: adding solventless silicon(S) into a solution vessel; fixing release paper(6) between transporting roller(4) and pressing roller(5); and transferring solventless silicon(S) into both-sided paper(6) by rotation of mesh roller(3) contacted with solventless silicon(S) solution in the vessel, in which knife(7) attached to mesh roller(3) cuts solventless silicon(S) on mesh roller(3) and remained solventless silicon(S) in holes(3b) of mesh roller(3) is transferred into release paper(6), so that solventless silicon(S) coats release paper(6); the coating amount of solventless silicon(6) is 0.3 to 2.0 g/1 square meter of release paper; the rotation ratio between mesh roller(3) and transporting roller(4) is 1:7 to 1:15 and the ratio between mesh roller(3) and pressing roller(5) is 1:10 to 1:20, and release paper(6) is coated at the rate of 2.5 to 18 m/minutes.
