PURPOSE: A block having functions of resistance to flowing water, ecology and bank protection is provided to demobilize a bank to naturally friendly ecology environment. CONSTITUTION: A block having functions of resistance to flowing water, ecology and bank protection is manufactured by the steps of: making 'I' block through concrete and fixing rhomboid wires coated by PVC; filling soil of good quality to the inside of a frame and covering with lawns to make rhomboid wires and the roots of lawns tightly bond together; interlocked-installing blocks each other to make the installed area stable; evenly and widely planting lawns to the surface inside a frame, thereby lawns are closely united to the adjacent blocks.
