PURPOSE: A fishing rod support rack using a principle of lever is provided which does not need to fix the fishing rod on the ground so fishing is possible wherever the bottom of a fishing spot is rock or stone. CONSTITUTION: The fishing rod support rack for pole-and-line fishing and reel fishing comprises: (i) a spot where to put a support; (ii) a support stand which connects the support and a fishing chair and has a shape of being assembled with an independent fishing chair by connection or a shape of one body with a fishing chair by being adhered to the fishing chair; (iii) a fishing chair; and (iv) a water tank in a shape of small cymbals which is simple equipment to replenish an insufficient weight when it is impossible to keep an enough distance between a point of action of the lever and the fishing chair.
