PURPOSE: A vehicle impact absorbing apparatus is provided, which is installed on the front of facilities on the road to absorb the impact of a car clash, thereby preventing the damage of a vehicle and facilities and a loss of lives. CONSTITUTION: A vehicle impact absorbing apparatus (10) installed on a concrete barrier of the starting point of a median strip, the turning point of a highway, the beginning of a tunnel, the starting point of a bridge or a fixture such as a H-beam comprises; a front rubber plate (20), which is semicircular and is made up of impact absorbent materials, on the front of a vehicle impact absorbing apparatus (10); a primary and a secondary monomer rubber plate (30)(30') having an impact diminution effect with impact absorbent materials on the rear of a front rubber plate (20); a wavy steel plate (70), which restrains the repulsive force of a primary and a secondary monomer rubber plate (30)(30') contracted by a vehicle impact, on the inside of a primary and a secondary monomer rubber plate (30)(30'); a reinforcing rib (40) formed by installing a steel plate (51) at regular intervals among a front rubber plate (20) and a primary and a secondary monomer rubber plate (30)(30'); an impact absorbent element (80) between a front rubber plate (20) and each wavy steel plate (70).
