PURPOSE: A method for preparing broiled fish paste containing seaweeds is provided to conveniently take up seaweeds, such as brown seaweed and sea tangle, useful to prevent skin disease, eye troubles, and osteoporosis by containing Ca. CONSTITUTION: In one embodiment, the method comprises the steps of (i) cutting 100 kg of brown seaweed having 60 % of moisture content into 5mm or shorter in length, and then grinding it; (ii) adding 25 kg of fish meat having 60 % of moisture content and 8 kg of wheat flour into the grinded seaweed, and then mixing the mixture for 5 min in a mixer; (iii) adding 7 kg of grinded onion having 50 % of moisture content and a little salt into the mixture, and then mixing it for 3 min; (iv) extruding the mixture with an extruder, and then cutting it to be 15 cm; (v) frying the extrudant at 200°C for 3 min; (vi) cooling the fried extrudant to 15°C; (vii) vacuum packing the cooled extrudant. |
