CONSTITUTION: The non-settlement system of credit card member using credit card includes several steps. A person and a legal person(an associate member) for receiving a card request an issue of a card to a developer. The developer issues a card to the associate member through the legal person for issuing a card or by affiliating the existing card issuing company. The person or legal person received a card can use the card and the developer exempts or pay a predetermined amount of money generated by purchasing products at an affiliated store. The member sees an advertisement in the internet home site managed by the developer. |
