PURPOSE: A system for supplying electronic business cards is provided to reciprocally transceive and store personal business cards between wireless internet terminals such as cellular phones and personal digital assistants(PDAs), by converting the personal business cards into digital characters. CONSTITUTION: A subscriber selects an electronic business card and fills out required information through a system for supplying electronic business cards on the internet. If the selected business card is completed, the business card is transmitted to a wireless internet terminal such as a cellular phone or a personal digital assistant(PDA) of the subscriber through a wireless network of a mobile communication provider or a personal computer(PC). The subscriber stores the business card in the cellular phone or the PDA, and upgrades changed items of the business card. The stored business card is transmitted through a telephone number of a receiver. The system decides whether personal information received through the cellular phone or the PDA is deleted or stored. If the subscriber presses a storage button, the personal information is automatically stored in an electronic business card database. The database has functions of classifying electronic business cards and searching the business cards. The system selects many subscribers receiving business cards through internet sites instead of wireless communication terminals, and transmits changed items of the business cards to the subscribers. |
