PURPOSE: A wet type air cleaner is provided to reduce vibration and noise of the air cleaner while arranging the pressure of the intake air to be scattered. CONSTITUTION: An air cleaner comprises a cylindrical upper case(11) having at an upper portion thereof an inlet pipe(12) for air inflow and at a center of a top portion thereof an air outlet(13) arranged vertically; a lower case(14) coupled by a bolt(15) to a bottom surface of the upper case and which is filled with an oil; a baffle(16) coupled at an interior of the lower case through a support rod(17) and which divides the interior of the lower case into a first chamber(18) and a second chamber(19), a partition(20) formed by a cylinder having a diameter smaller than that of the upper case and which has an upper surface coupled to an inner upper surface of the upper case so as to allow a guide portion(21) for guiding the air introduced through the inlet pipe to move downward to be formed between the upper case and the partition; and a filter member(22) installed at a center of the partition so as to filter dirt contained in the introduced air.
