PURPOSE: A video signal processing system for driving plural monitors is provided to control output signals of a video card having one output port to drive at least two monitors with one video card, thereby controlling the monitor with only one connection cable. CONSTITUTION: A video signal processing system for driving plural monitors comprises a clock provider(10), a monitor controller(20), a memory buffer(30), plural latches(40,45), an inverter(50), a delay circuit(60) and a flip-flop(65). The monitor controller(20) outputs memory access signals in response to the period of the clock signals. The memory buffer(30) receives the memory access signals and receives video signals and horizontal/vertical synchronous signals through single cable(95) from a video card(90) to output data signals corresponding to the memory access signals. The latches(40,45) divide the data signals into plural data for one period to output data latched to respective monitor(72,74). The inverter(50) inverts the clock signals.
