PURPOSE: A method for supplying telephone services having advertising functions on the internet is provided to reduce telephone fees of customers by supplying toll-free telephone services to the customers listening to advertising sounds, and to optimize profits of telephone service providers by charging advertisers for the telephone fees, and to increase advertising efficiency of the advertisers by individually supplying the advertising sounds to originators after completing calls. CONSTITUTION: A method for supplying telephone services having advertising functions on the internet comprises the steps of: if a customer receives a web service, making a telephone service requesting web server include a telephone service requesting icon in a hypertext markup language(HTML) document; making a transmitter terminal connect to a telephone service providing server; making the telephone service providing server download a voice over internet protocol(VOIP) supporting program for converting a customer voice into voice data to transmit the data through the internet, and for converting the voice data into a voice signal to the transmitter terminal; the telephone service providing server supply advertising sound data to the transmitter terminal to output advertising sounds to a transmitter; making a signal converting server reciprocally convert a call sound signal and the voice data; and making a telephone office charge an operator of the telephone service providing web server for telephone fees, and making the operator charge an advertiser for the telephone fees.
