In a one- or multi-component polyelectrolyte cement containing (a) compound(s) releasing metal cations and (b) (partly) water-soluble polyelectrolyte(s) that can be converted to the solid state, (part of) component (a) and/or (b) has an organic coating. Independent claims are also included for (a) a granulate of (part) of this cement, in which (part) of component (b) acts as granulating agent for autogenous granulation; (b) the production of the granulate.
