PURPOSE: A method of producing the cleaned rice is provided, which covers rice with glutinous rice flour to give a taste of boiled glutinous rice without adding glutinous rice when boiling rice. CONSTITUTION: The cleaned rice covered with glutinous rice flour is made by pulverizing the glutinous rice into fine grains after cleaning, stirring the pulverized glutinous rice in water, adding the water of glutinous rice flour to rice in a process of water rice polishing and drying the rice(1) with a fine layer of glutinous rice flour(2) on its surface. |
