PURPOSE: A device is provided to prevent environmental contamination by preventing rainwater from being flowed into a pipeline of sewage terminal treatment plant. CONSTITUTION: A device comprises a main body(1) arranged at an inner lower portion of an initial sedimentation tank, wherein the main body has at an upper surface thereof an exhaust pipe(11), an outlet hole(1"") and a hinge portion(6) having a disk(2) attached with a float(4), the hinge portion having a shaft(6') provided with an insertion portion(6") to which an adjusting supporting stem(7) having a fastening nut(7') is inserted, a connection stem(8) arranged at right and left sides of an upper connection portion(8') of the adjusting support stem, the connection stem being inserted into an adjusting connection pipe(9) and fixed by a fastening member(9"), a float having a supporting stem(10) inserted into an insertion portion(9') of the adjusting connection pipe, the supporting stem being fastened by a fastening nut(10').
