METHOD FOR PREPARING RASCHEL USING FLOCKING

PURPOSE: Provided is a method for preparing a raschel using flocking that can prevent depilation of yarn dusts from a textile and stick of an adhesive to the bottom of the textile, to be soft. CONSTITUTION: A method for preparing a raschel using flocking comprises the steps: a) dyeing a grey-fabric to prepare a textile; b) treating the textile by WR(water repellent) technique to prevent the depilation and to improve the flexibility; c) drying the WR treated textile by tentering to remove water; d) spraying a binder to the textile on a flocking machine; e) dropping finely divided yarn dusts on the sprayed binder; f) fixing the yarn dusts dropped on the binder to the textile by applying high electric current; g) repeatedly drying the textile in which yarn dusts are fixed to remove water; h) washing the textile with water to remove foreign materials and soils on the textile; i) softening the washed textile by adding a softener; and j) drying the textile to remove all of the water contained in the textile and to provide a finished product.
