PURPOSE: An easy voice is provided for implementing a stable network environment using a peer-to-peer method capable of transmitting and receiving a voice and motion picture between users without connecting with a server of a connected site when a plurality of users transmit and receive a voice and motion picture data on the internet. CONSTITUTION: When users A, B, C,... N are connected with a certain site(1-4), the server of the corresponding site connects the users A, B, C..., and N, the users B, A, C,..., N, and the users C, A, B,..., N each other. Thereafter, the users A, B, C,..., N transmit and receive an audio and motion picture data each other based on a peer-to-peer method irrespective of the connection with the server. Therefore, it is possible to minimize a load of the server using the peer-to-peer method for thereby stabilizing the network environment.
