<p>Chroman derivatives represented by general formula (I) and salts of the same; and medicines, particularly arrhythmia remedies, containing the derivatives or the salts as the active ingredient wherein R?1 and R2¿ are each independently hydrogen or C¿1?-C6 alkyl; R?3¿ is hydroxyl or -OC(=O)R9; R4 is hydrogen or unites with R3 to form a bond; R6 is hydrogen, C¿1?-C6 alkyl, or C3-C6 cycloalkyl; R?7¿ is hydrogen, halogeno, nitro, formamido, amino, C¿1?-C6 alkylcarbonylamino, or the like; R?5¿ is pyridyl or phenyl; R8 is hydrogen or C¿1?-C4 alkyl; n is an integer of 0 to 4; X is C(=O), CH2, SO2, or NR?14¿C(=O); and W is an optionally substituted aromatic group or a group derived from a cyclic amide whose ring is constituted of 5 to 7 members.</p> |
