PURPOSE: A generating system is provided to achieve reduced cost for construction of generating system and prevent environmental pollution while utilizing two leverages to expand an operation range of a lift pump. CONSTITUTION: A generating system comprises a see-saw unit(30) for generating a lifting force by operating a horizontal support board(20) in vertical direction centering from a vertical center pole unit(10), and a plurality of lifting force hydraulic pumps(40) arranged rectangularly arranged at a center axis of the horizontal support board and the center pole unit, and rotates a turbine unit by a high hydraulic pressure generated from the plural hydraulic pumps, wherein the see-saw unit is combined in parallel to a main see-saw unit so as to operate in vertical direction, thereby allow the see-saw unit and the main see-saw unit to be applied with forces in three-dimension. |
