WATER-DISPERSIBLE WATER-AND-OIL REPELLANT COMPOSITION

A water-dispersible water-and-oil repellant composition combining long-lasting water-and-oil repellency in repetitions of laundering and long-lasting resistance to water pressure. The composition comprises as active ingredients (A) a hydroxylated fluorocopolymer, (B) an epoxidized fluorocopolymer, (C) a compound having a blocked isocyanate group and having no carbon-carbon unsaturated bonds, and (D) an amino resin.
