PURPOSE: A motor frame structure and a method for fabricating the same are provided to prevent deformation which can take place during insertion by welding frame to a stator before completing the frame in coupling the frame and the stator. CONSTITUTION: A body(2) of a motor frame is produced so that one side of a frame(2) is shaped as a convex structure(2a), and the other side is shaped as a concave structure(2b). The convex structure(2a) and the concave structure(2b) interconnect when coupled circularly. First, a panel shaped metal frame is prepared, and a convex structure(2a) is prepared in one side of the frame. The convex structure(2a) may have a configuration of a protrusion, triangle, circle, or etc.
